We want to know about issues you are experiencing (but only with our software) because others may be having similiar ones. When you contact us, you are connecting with the developers of QST. We fix issues as soon as we are notified - that is our commitment to you. ** We are pretty laid back at QST Universal Headquarters Supermarket Bar (truth is sometimes there is snoring) but we hate buggy software. Also please let us know if there are features you may desire. We cannot promise that we will institute the feature (and we carefully consider all), but many of the recent features resulted from requests by users. You help decide how QST evolves.
